Boxing, her longest relationship to date! Barbara picked up the sport casually late 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. From training as a form of keeping fit, to teaching at a dark room boxing studio for 3 years, to currently joining The Ring, her journey has been nothing short of an adventure. She’s sustained her fair share of injuries over the years (who hasn’t), and aims to provide a safe place for you to grow, whether you’re recovering from injury or new to the sport!
Working as a freelancer in the media industry, she understands the importance of ensuring that you max out your time at the gym before needing to dash off for your next appointment. You can expect a combination of technique, but also a solid sweat session for the maximum burn. If she’s not taking you for a session, you can find her by the beach with a cocktail in hand, or more likely, training with you in class!
