Boxing Coach

Ashley Tang, a creative, an amateur boxer and a boxing coach. Ashley started her fitness journey 6 years ago by taking up a boxing class to lose weight, the sport was addictive and fast forward to today, she’s had several amateur boxing fights and has picked up other mixed martial arts such as Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu along the way. Having been heavily immersed in the sports and fitness scene over the last couple years has taught her a lot of values that she’s been able to transcend down into her daily life to constantly improve her game in life and in her training.
