Muay Thai Coach
Darren’s journey with fitness initially begins with Muay Thai. As a young kid, he wasn’t exceptionally good at sports, and was relatively weak when compared with his peers physically wise. He can still vividly remember struggling doing a push up and thought to himself “this exercise thing might not suit me after all”
Muay Thai was a stepping stone for him towards fitness. Realising there were more to achieve, he directed his focus towards functional training, supplementing it with his Muay Thai training.
Outside of his working hours, you can catch him grinding it out on the iron and machines, probably testing out one of the segments of his circuit class! He also equally enjoys eating as much as he works out. His current motto “train hard to eat more”
